HOW TO OBTAIN PRISMA

to let you be photographed. The sheet of PRISMA will be ready in a couple of minutes.

If you live outside Indonesia, you can order PRISMA by sending your photo along with the attached order form. Please read the following notes:

 

1. Read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. The order form must be filled in completely and signed.
3. Attach a vertical photograph on the space provided
    (only one photo per order allowed).

4. The images will not be manipulated or corrected,
    therefore submit a clear and sharp photo with the
    subject in the center.
5. Only one and maximum two subjects permitted in one
    photo.
6. Submitting images other than self portratir must be
    accompied by a written statement of being the authoried
    owner of the images.
